First let me tell you that a dog deserves to be taken
care of by its
gaurdian, be that a home in the country
or city. It doesn't matter where
you live to a dog as
long as you spend time with the.
From the
sounds of it you may be just what he needs.
A dog would much rather stay
with his family than to
be passed off to someone else. Especially a dog
like
this, it will be very unnerving for him to be placed
in another
home and have to learn everything all over
again.
A big backyard is
no prerequisite for getting or
keeping a dog. You took on this dog and you
should
give him the best life that you can. If that means
walking him,
then you walk him.
You cannot turn him into a rescue or shelter
without
telling the people the 100% truth about him. And
there is a good
chance he would be euthanized at a
shelter, now thats not a fair life for
him.
There are some very good reasons to place a dog but
(just
can't fit him in) isn't one.
