did just that to my cat and he started purring !! ...
works for people too ....VBG ! .. i'm walking  around my place with a wet 
towel  straight from the fridge , around my neck and shoulders .. bliss  
that can be lengthened by pouring some more cold water on the towel ...
didn't go to work today . had to give up : �'ve spent the last three weeks 
with  35 or 40C (104F) in the office and i can't take it any longer ..
