The verification word that Clay kept writing down is not a password or code.
It's to prevent automated spammers from subscribing to Yahoogroup lists and
to ensure that only humans can subscribe. Clay, I suggest that you try again
(but don't use the word that you wrote down; use the word that appears in
the graphic at the bottom of the page when you fill out the subscription
form).

Tamara, people who have trouble subscribing can always be added by a
moderator or list owner. Just ask Jo to subscribe you. You might need a
Yahoo profile (don't take it too seriously--I've never been spammed by Yahoo
and I'm sure Yahoo doesn't care that I'm a male, 70-year-old CEO of a high
tech company <g>). They just want to make sure that you're not a minor.

Best wishes,

Avital

If *Clay* is unable to join, then *I* won't even try! <g> I'll wait
till someone sends all the info, all at once, and broken down into
bite-sized, ABC bits (go to... when you see x, do y ...), scaled for
*my* puter-ability... :)
