I suppose my everyday life is nunsense <g> I'm still plugging away on my first learning piece in Cantù. Those long cloth stitch bars look easy, but I'm finding it surprisingly difficult to maintain a good, even tension going in to and coming out of the 90 degree corners. (This is a cross design.) I've done the inner cross and the outer frame around the cross. Now I am about to start the wavy "biseta" that runs between the two, attaching on either side in two- or three-way "spranghette".
It's challenging, but not so much of a learning curve that I can't relax and enjoy it.
