A note to those who may be contemplating making a portable pillow. I made one that was quite functional, but didn't take into consideration balancing it on my lap. Since I ride the bus a bit (with no table) the box bottom was to narrow and shifted about from side to side and wanted to rest a corner between my legs. The tilt didn't work out too well for good tension. :) The next bag is going to fit across my knees. I've been thinking about some pull outs to make a broader base, put that may overdo it. Anyone with any suggestions?

This is a more complicated and comprehensive variation of the travel pillow that many of us have made.. Must admit that, having spent a long time making a roller-pillow-in-a-bag with integrated pin cushion and tool container, I've never actually used it.
