Hi Fellow Spiders! I would use a silver polish cloth made just for jewelry. I don't think the polish embeded in the cloth would hurt the wood part. The bobbins sound lovely! Trish in West Virginia USA
I have a couple dozen Dutch bobbins, beautifully turned, and most of them have incredible silver inlays. Actually the maker used old silverware (lovely patterns) and inlayed it with unbelievable skill. .
