Dear spiders, I've been seeing more complaints about the length of the digests lately and I've asked several of you privately to trim your posts. In the past I've archived the digests and only followed the list through individual posts. Now I am switching to digest instead so that I can see exactly what is going on. You will hear from me if I see pages of untrimmed postings! If polite reminders don't work, I can moderate individual members. It's more work for me and it means that those who are being moderated won't see their messages posted for a while, so let's hope it doesn't come to that. But it is an option if gentle reminders prove ineffective. Thank-you for your cooperation.
