Hello All! Well I thought I knew what I was doing--but not so! I have a spider sampler pattern that is drawn for coton perle 8 & I would like to substitute Freccia 12. The label says 3-ply crochet thread & the Coats site says it is 100% Egyptian cotton. The project requires a firmer, less stretchy thread than perle 8 & the Freecia colors are divine so I bought three balls. Checking Brenda's book, I didn't find it listed but perhaps it is an established product with a new name? Or similar to something else that is listed? Has anyone else used this thread?
