Me too.    All you need to do is take a plain Birch bobbin, inscribe it with
the words with a fine marking pen, and then give it a couple of coats of
clear nail lacquer.    I have a couple that say "So much thread, so little
time" I made myself, as well as a couple to commemorate workshops.

Stick on nail transfers make good decorations with a coat of nail polish,
too.
