I think xep-0080 and geoRSS serve to two different purposes... when you get the list of atom entries (output from laconica): we can use atom georss extension as specified in http://www.georss.org/atom. Doing so we can bind each different dent to a latitude and a longitude.
when the xmpp daemon receives the text to dent (input to laconica): it should remember the last Pubsub/PEP user location event or request the last published item to the geoloc pep node. when a random location is entered in a dent: display it on a map (google, yahoo, openlayers,??)
