The only difference between the two grammar.xml files are the on/off
default parameters. So yes, I would prefer another way to deal with it.
Perhaps what you suggested at first: ValencianCatalan implements
getEnabledRules and getDisabledRules, and then in
JLanguageTool.loadPatternRules these values are applied. Would this be okay?
