I think your question is about correspondence letters and phonemes
letter -l- is phoneme /l/
-ll- /ll/ or /y/ ...dialectally (caballo →
/kabállo/ or /kabáyo/) but only 1 phoneme:

-r- /r/ : rata, enredo, alrededor, Israel
-r- /ɾ/: cara, arado
-rr- /rr/ : carro, hiperrealista, arremeter
-ch- /č/ : chuche, chorro, achulado, lancha,
As for alphabetical order, since 1992
-rr- is inside r-
-ll- is inside l-
-ch is inside c-
As for hyphenization, we can't split
-rr- → -rr : co-rre-o, pe-rro
-ll- → -ll: se-llo
-ch- → -ch : te-cho
