Andrei,

On Windows XP (as delivered), hitting Fn-F5 brings up a menu
that has a pushbutton to turn off the wireless radio (if on)
or to turn it on (if off). The indicator light goes off when
you push the off button.

The same menu allows one to select various wireless profiles
via the so-called "Access Connections" program. So it seems
like the radio control should be able to work via software
control in Solaris and might be included in an enhancement
to inetmenu.

Thanks for the nice work on making Solaris x86 more useful.
