If its so, i need to upgrade :)
I put it in the form of a question just in case, but
certainly it was in the release notes:

Release Notes for OpenLaszlo 4.0.1
OpenLaszlo 4.0.1 is a point release that addresses bugs in the 4.0.0
release. OpenLaszlo 4.0.1 is the first qualified release after
OpenLaszlo 4.0 and as such includes a number of targeted fixes to
specific issues reported by the community. There are no significant
new features in this release, although there are several minor improvements:
* The <html> tag, which used to only be only supported for the
dhtml runtime now works in applications compiled to swf.
* All three remote RPC services are now working in dhtml:
* XML-RPC
* JAVA-RPC
* SOAP
* There is new documentation content, and
* Improvements have been made to the default Tomcat configuration.
Please note that the support for the RPC services is preliminary,
however, as it has not been exhaustively tested.
