Kudo's to you for trying to get your secretary in on the trip.  So often
the little people are forgotten. :)  I assume your secretary is a woman. 
Otherwise people may talk.

Hope you are able to enjoy the business trip.  The best ones are those
that are fulfilling professionally while leaving time for a bit of
sightseeing and playing as well.
