After thinking it over I bet the Rutherford Institute decides not to
appeal the decision and drops Paula Jones like a hot potato. They'll put
their money into trying to influence the Starr investigation.
Even if they DO decide to appeal it will be a lengthy process that will
not be concluded until after Clinton's term is over.
The right wingers blew it big time on this one. Every legal expert
recognized a long time ago that she had no case. Judge Wright simply
confirmed that.
