I like the way California handles it now. It seems fair for both the
parties involved, and makes the fighting for child support not
necessary.
The child support is ordered at the time of the divorce, and is taken
automatically from the paycheck of the person owing it. That way if it
isn't paid the only people who have to answer for it are the court, and
the employer.
