If you use the Ubuntu / Debian package its probably really old and buggy. At least the one provided with Deb 4.0 was. I've been compiling Enlightenment myself for quite some time now.
I guess I was looking for a more technical answer though. How does GTK or whatever in Lazarus figure out the position of windows. Is this feedback that comes from the window manager?
