True.  I guess if fpGUI still used a "single handle per form" design,
things would have been a bit easier in this regard, but that would
again make other things more difficult (drag-n-drop, docking etc comes

Who said it was smooth ? =-)

It's not because the application developer doesn't notice, that they didn't have problems with it's implementation...

I suspect that their experience with Qt embedded (working on the framebuffer) would have helped.
