The prefered order of submitting patches:
1) make an entry in Mantis and upload your patch there
2) send it to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
3) send it to the mailinglist.
NOTE:
This in for a complete new translation, not an update to an existing
language.
Thats makes no difference
