It looks like my discussions with the ICC (email) ended Feb 2004.
The ICC said that they were looking at making all this clearer, and would
discuss it in a meeting they were having in a couple of weeks. The fact that
we are *still* having this discussion, over a year later, surprises me
greatly. What a letdown. ;^)

This is what the ICC told me, as I have said in sci.engr.color. (over a year
ago)
