Missed that use the can alone thing.
Part of the reason for the Yagi is the desire not to put it outside, so I figure the
db of the design will go through the walls. This is of course completely aside from
the 'coolness' factor of the Yagi 'look'. if it works from inside, instead of PVC
pipe, I can stick it in a clear lexan tube. :) Course, I still haven't decided what
to do about the reflector, I mean come on, a Pringles can? Well, I'll start with that.

I might try the juice can idea once I know the rest of it works. I'm looking at going
through a couple of walls and there is no telling when the neighboors are going to put
a tree in the way. (probably have to move it outside then) Another neighboor seems
interested in a shared connection and he's a techie, so, we'll see how it goes.

'Cause I have some, I figure I'll start with some thin net 10base2. If that doesn't
work, I'll call my Uncle (serious long time Ham operator) and get some advise from him
on wire selection. For length, if I keep it in the house, I can keep it fairly short.

That's what I figure. However, if it works, my friends pays half, if not...well, it
had better work eh? (insert prequalifying excuses here) Well, it has been a long time
since I last soldered......(I'd better dust off my Electronics degree :).
