I like the idea a lot, especially the hardware detection and network
configuration, but I see a few problems:

- udpkg doesn't support repacking the packages. This could be added of
course.
- udpkg needs ar, and the busybox ar doesn't _create_ archives, so we
would need GNU ar for backing up packages, unless we use a modified udeb
package format.
- The Debian boot floppies seem to be based on (a stripped down)
glibc-2.2, which would be a problem for floppy based systems.
- The ash from the Debian boot floppies doesn't support commandline
history/editing AFAIK.
