Vladimir, i try with last available Wisp version (wisp-dist_1.3.1p30_img).
Now the card mac address appears but they still dont work...  iwconfig
output returns some errors:

The card appears link Master, but icant detect this access point.

The system returns some other error too:

INIT Id "T1" respawning too fast: disabled for 5 minutes
