this is correct.  but it is unlikely that it will supply a 100 Amp load
for one hour.

no.  The battery bank will have a maximum rated charging current.  You
should not exceed this.

hehehehe, weeks?  this will take a long time, and it is not something
that should be attempted.

Basically, the task of the battery is to supply energy while the solar
panel cannot.  All this must be done with the capabilities of the
battery.  There are different types of battery with different
characteristics.  

Many things should be taken into account in a properly engineered
solution, however these rules always apply ;

1. google for a week about it
2. make it twice as big
3. draw it, and place it on your webserver - paste the link everywhere
and ask for opinion
4. forget the engineering and buy something and hook it up.
