I can see two reasons, incompatible firmware or IRQ routing problem.

I recommend firmware 1.5.6, and in order to check IRQ routing, please send results of /proc/interrupts. Search mailing list archives for further info.

The card appears link Master, but icant detect this access point.

The system returns some other error too:
