If Platini's rules ever get implemented for entry into the Champions League - a club cannot spend more than it's annual income - I cannot see how Man City will be able to enter. -----Mensaje original----- De: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] En nombre de Lee Jones Enviado el: miƩrcoles, 18 de agosto de 2010 13:48 Para: Eric B CC: Leeds List Asunto: Re: [LU] Bellamy Reports are Motherwell dont have a leg to stand on though over this transfer though as apparently Man City are paying almost ALL the costs of this just so he doesn't play in the premiership, hence the costs to CCFC are negligible (in fact, the deal is roumoured to be heavily profitable for them when factoring in gate receipts, merchandise etc.). If anything, it'll have the inverse effect as it looks like a financially shrewd investment for them. As for Man City though, they are well and truly f***ed up in terms of financial balance at the moment, its ludicrous!
