Yes and no… NONE of the big clubs, particularly the two spanish giants here are spending within their means. Their budgets are approved every year by their “members” but nobody really has a clue how the fek Real Madrid pay €240m in one season etc, and of course note the cash flow problems FCB have had recently. Still though something has to be implemented and Platini’s idea is not all bad I reckon… ________________________________
