It did seem that Arsenal were much more up for it than us.  So was it a 
question of belief, that our players deep down didn't think they'd manage to 
pull off another great performance and victory?  Or, like many on this list, 
did they really feel that defeat wouldn't be too bad, as the FA Cup is 
definitely not a priority this year? Would Grayson even intimate such a thing 
pre-match?  

Or do professional footballers, who by their nature must be very competitive, 
always want to win every game?
