No of course I don't want to make a wager, my point was to wait for the
report before jumping to conclusions.

The report isnt out yet and afaik the main witness (minicab driver) hasn't
been properly questioned (as of last night)

If the guy waved a gun around in an agressive manner he runs the risk of
getting shot, but if it was concealled or was just visible then as far as
i am aware thats not a capital offence so it is very important to know the
facts.

Of course I agree that outside of tottenham the looting had nothing to do
whether he was shot in self defense or not.  Just a load of scumbags
taking advantage.  No idea either if the all came from broken homes.

I'm in France at the moment, now this is a place where they really know
how to riot!
