And whether you're a euro tv channel who soon won't be able to afford the EPL package. Watch out for a pan-european contract next time where BSkyB and ESPN will licence the product to the rest of Europe, meaning EVERYBODY pays more. Just like when the European Union 'broke' the BSkyB football monopoly last time. Nothing became cheaper but avid football fans found they had to pay ESPN for matches they were getting in their BSkyB package. The EPL will probably, for the time being, invoke copyright on their logo's effectively stopping the reception via this medium anyway or if they're feeling particularly vindictive they'll let everyone become dependent on a trade based on these imported boxes before invoking the Pan-European broadcasting rights deal. Cheers Paul PS You reckon Ken owns ER and TA? Wow I never would have guessed. Good job he's so trustworthy then. _______________________________________________ Leedslist mailing list Info and options: http://mailman.greennet.org.uk/mailman/listinfo/leedslist To unsubscribe, email [email protected] MARCHING ON TOGETHER (There's it)
