Fox Soccer Channel has an additional channel offered by my cable provider
called Fox Soccer Plus. It carries about three/four Championship games a week
plus the Prem and rugby union. Unfortunately you cannot order it by itself and
it's only available for purchase once you've basically subscribed to all the
other sports packages.
