This isn't a knee jerk reaction. I haven't been sold on Grayson for a long 
time. I'm not advocating firing him but merely questioning, what I view as, a 
flaw in his professional ability. Like all of us there's always something we 
can improve on within our skills set.
But he's an awesome "yes" man to our owner.
