Never thought I would say this this early in the season, but I think Grayson's time is up, he has no idea who to play where and with whom for his best combinations. It seems he is now clutching at straws. get a new manager before mid January, god forbid even Dave Jones and maybe as Dr Mike says the old Stoat may release some funds and see where it gets us.
