Rich You're right. He's with us three yeaers. Not three months. He's changed. Hes not everyones cup of tea. I quite like him. What you call a carthorse I call a grafter and enables others. He's a big lad with a big heart. And in a team of average talent that was an asset. What has changed is his heart. He's not as involved as before. Is he another of what I suspect are many victims of Graysons strange managerial bents. My hypothesis is, as well known, that Grayson has lost the dressing room following a major incident [AOB?] based on his chronic 'take no prisoners' basic attitude.
My money is on MS booting him out. Why? Because MS is experienced and knows where this is leading. He needs promotion. Promotion is doable in this poor division. When? The best timing is not too soon and not too late. He, MS, has to avoid the poison chalice appearance and arrange a new guy, leave enough time to arrange ins and outs, not to be too far away from the leading pack. Ny guess the end of first beginning of second week in January. Till then we'll get few points on board. My candidate...... some one with a track record and still hungry.
