I don't agree. SG has brought us up, he has had 1.5 seasons in the Championship, has had next to no resources provided, and has beaten my expectations this season so far.
Yes, he seems to have blind spots (becchio) but he has got by and large good results from a very average squad (and one without one of its best players from last season, who has not been replaced). The only way we will get promoted is to invest in some better players. This will not happen while Capn Birds Eye is in charge. We are at best a mid-table squad at the moment. SG is overperforming in my eyes. Get rid of him at your peril.
