Completely agree. I can't understand anyone believing anything that comes out
of the club or the media. Let's see what Johnny Howson says although I suspect
he will keep quiet out of respect for the club, but reports of him currently on
6k and requesting 25k are completely wide of the mark in my opinion. I also
think the club are using his 'I want to play in the premiership' as an excuse.
Of course he wants to play in the premiership , he wants to play for England
but to do that he has to play for a progressive club and he ain't going to get
that playing for Bates's Leeds United.
