All the players in the England "team" play at top clubs in the Premiership
and earn stellar wages - combined I'd guess much more than Italy do
(legally) - yet when they play for England they revert to pub team players,
Milner and young were just embarrassing - is it pressure or more likely cos
they don't get paid enough to care?
