Mate, I was assaulted 4 years ago by a gang of mask wearing thugs at Wakey train station. They had previously been abusing my girlfriend who was catching a train.
I spent a week in hospital and narrowly avoided surgery to remove a haematoma from my face. They were arrested but never charged. CPS said that they couldn't pin the actual assault on any of them - so let them all walk. Sorry to hear about your lad Chris.
