Peter, Are you seriously saying you have no idea who owns ER? GFH has said a priority is buying back ER and TA and coincidentally Bates gets to stay.
Would you invest in bricks and mortar for a property you didn't own? Our money has been used to develop facilities which can now be sold at a better price to GFH.
