All rich clubs. Liverpool's successful period was a series of boot room boys 
and they all lasted years. Don't forget they've not won a league title for 24 
years. Chelsea bankrolled. Man city bankrolled. Spurs? Fuck me. They've won 
fuck all in the modern era but the FA cup every 10-20 years. Celtic play in a 2
