Yes it was odd given the circumstances that this was our biggest crowd of the
season. One of my comments in the pub post Wigan was that the victory had
assured us of safety and that the season was over. I then went on to wonder
what would induce fans to pay over their hard earned from now till the end of
the season, and yet 30,000 did yesterday. Even though Forest sold their
allocation (2,700) there were still more Leeds fans there than at any other
game. Not sure how many will be in a hurry to come back after the non event of
yesterday but I never understood the thinking behind the 'pick and choose
brigade' - does it depend on the opposition, the quality of our football, the
perceived importance of the game, the weather, the price, the 'hooligan factor'
(eg Millwall last month),is it on tele, or something else?

Sounds riveting Dave. Glad I stayed in the pub rather than get the P2. There's
not much motivation to go to the games at the moment.
