And isn't it inevitable that good players, particularly young good players, will always leave? Anyone who is a professional sports man or woman must be motivated by a desire to win and achieve the most they can, to succeed they've got to have drive and ambition. If you're not reaching your full potential (whether that's medals, trophies, money, promotions, records, personal goals etc) in the team/club/group you're with then you're going to move.
