I think we are being harsh on Marsch. He is trying to mould a new team, a new squad, a new playing style… I think it is clear to see that he is not yet happy with what is happening on the pitch… we need to give this guy a chance. The team has shown glimpses of what it is capable of, our problem seems to be consistency and Plan Bs if Plan A isn’t working.
I am not saying I think JM will come good and all will be well, I also have my serious doubts, but I think 10 games into the season is too early to be throwing out the coach and starting again. And it is not all JM’s fault… we clearly needed a proven striker and a left back and we didn’t get them.
