I find myself in agreement with everyone else. We need to change.

I really wanted this to work. I like some of the ideas, and at times it looks 
like they could work.

But not anymore. Having lost two games like that we need to move on.  I can’t 
see where a win comes from.

In terms of recruitment, I know we need more players but, Aaronson, Adams and 
Sini might be our best three players so far.
