You might have two files with ALMOST identical names, (Johnson20080415 and Johnson2008O415) as an example. All I did was put an 'O' in for the month 0. To look for multiple files like above, go to Microsoft's Toolbar icon Search (Magnifying glass) and search for less that the full file name (in my example search for 'Johns' they should both show up on the list). Then you need to merge the two files together to combine the various parts. I did this once, drove me crazy. Rich in LA CA
