When you have problems unsubscribing, please consider the following options:
* Make sure you've selected the option to Unsubscribe. When you go to the web page, "Subscribe" is selected by default. * Double-check the spelling of your e-mail address when unsubscribing. * E-mail addresses can have valid variations. For example: john...@msn.com (variation 1) john...@mail.msn.com (variation 2) * E-mail addresses can have aliases that bear no resemblance to your actual account address. For example: res12x...@verizon.net (account address) john...@verizon.net (alias address) * E-mail can be forwarded from one address to another. For example: john...@deseretonline.com (old address) john...@mstar2.net (forwarding address) Our automated system -- a computer -- is very literal. It cannot recognize misspellings, variations, aliases or forwarding addresses that are different from your e-mail address as it appears on our subscribers list. Please try unsubscribing again considering these facts. If all else fails, please contact us at supp...@legacyfamilytree.com. If a lot of people are reporting this we can look into our email program and see if there's a problem with it. Otherwise it might be just an isolated incidence and your message will be forwarded to the appropriate person who can manually unsubscribe you. Thanks for using Legacy. They were not crazy or uninformed. They were just frustrated. I've been to that website and unsubscribed - several times ... ! Each time the website confirmed that I was indeed unsubscribed.
