Maybe she needs to import and/or restore it?

Subject: [LegacyUG] Sending a family file

I am trying to send my sister my Legacy family file as an email attachment.
I attached the appropriate .fdb file to an email and she tried to detach
it/download it onto her C: drive.

Then she opened up the "free" Legacy program on her PC and it cannot seem to
locate or open the .fdb file I sent her. Her computer tells her that the
file is empty. It took a couple minutes to create the attachment for me, it
is over 4000 KB with aroudn 800 names in it.

I am using the paid version of Legacy 7. She is using the free version. Is
there something we are missing here? Shouldn't she be able to simply open
up my .fdb Family file in her free Legacy program and at least view what's
there?

Marilyn
