If Backup an icon on your Main Toolbar, click on Backup.

On the Customize Backup screen, put a check mark in Date Files box and
whichever of the others you want.

Click on Select Name and Location for Data Backup.

On the Backup Data Files screen click on My Computer.

Click on the appropriate drive.

If you like the default file name the Legacy has proposed, click Save.

Legacy will ask if you want the Multimedia backup folder to be the same - your
choice. No matter what you choose, no backup of the Multimedia file will be
made unless you check the box Multimedia Files on the Customize Backup screen.

You are now returned to the Customize Backup screen. Notice under the bar
Select Name and Location for Data Backup. It says, Currently: and shows the
location. For instance, C:\Documents and Settings\CE\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\CDBurning\file name. You do not need to
know all that, Legacy has figured out how to get to your CD Drive and has
inserted that path for you.

If you want to back up to somewhere else the next time, repeat the process.
