I am curious - why should there be no Citation or Source Detail just because you only had one e-mail? The fields on the main tab for Source Detail are Record Date and Subject Line. Every e-mail has a Record Date and most have a Subject Line (unless the sender didn't bother to write anything in there), so even if you only ever get one e-mail from someone you will have Record Date and quite probably a Subject Line. -- Jenny M Benson Legacy User Group guidelines: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Etiquette.asp Archived messages after Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Archived messages from old mail server - before Nov. 21 2009: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/ Online technical support: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/Help.asp To unsubscribe: http://www.LegacyFamilyTree.com/LegacyLists.asp
