I am curious - why should there be no Citation or Source Detail just
because you only had one e-mail?  The fields on the main tab for Source
Detail are Record Date and Subject Line.  Every e-mail has a Record Date
and most have a Subject Line (unless the sender didn't bother to write
anything in there), so even if you only ever get one e-mail from someone
you will have Record Date and quite probably a Subject Line.
